What You'll Do
- Support individuals with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal care
- Assist with medication and appointments
- Encourage independence and community participation
- Promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing
Positive and compassionate attitude - Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to supporting others
- Experience in autism, complex needs, or mental health is beneficial but not essential.
Essential Requirement
Many of our services require drivers. Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no endorsements or penalty points. Unfortunately, international and provisional licences cannot be accepted.
Please note: This role is not open to applicants who require sponsorship under the UK's points-based immigration system.
