We are currently looking for dedicated and talented Team Leaders to join our Southport Team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who share our core values and have the skills to support those in need. 2 x full time permanent vacancy available.

This role requires a driver with a manual licence. Due to the Mobility Car Insurance, we can only accept drivers with a full UK/EU driving licence with NO endorsement and penalty points; we cannot accept international or provisional licences.

Some services require female candidates only as this is indicated under occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

We are looking for strong candidates with experience in autism, complex needs and/or mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with their daily living skills, medication, personal care
  • Arranging and attending all appointments
  • The level of support required will depend on the assessed needs of each individual person. You will be required to follow procedures in line with external quality and regulatory standards, as well as contractual requirements.
  • Ensuring all contracted hours within the home are covered and making necessary arrangements to cover for annual leave, sickness, training, etc.
  • Managing a staff team including supervisions, team meetings etc.
  • Contributing to the formulation of support plans, risk assessments and person centred plans
  • Working with families to foster open, honest communication and promote a willingness to continuously improve the service their family member receives.
