Your Role as House Manager

We are looking for a committed and experienced House Manager to lead the day-to-day running of one of our supported living services in Bootle.

This Role Includes

  • Managing a team of support workers including supervisions, appraisals, and probation reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory standards
  • Planning rotas and covering shifts where necessary
  • Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including medication, appointments, and routines
  • Building positive relationships with families and external professionals
  • Promoting person-centred care and continuous service improvement

What Were Looking For

  • Experience supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, challenging behaviour and mental health needs
  • Supervisory or leadership experience in a care setting (e.g. Team Leader, Senior Support Worker)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for high-quality care
  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
