Your Role as House Manager

We are looking for a committed and experienced House Manager to lead the day-to-day running of one of our supported living services in Bootle.

This Role Includes

Managing a team of support workers including supervisions, appraisals, and probation reviews
Ensuring compliance with care plans, risk assessments, and regulatory standards
Planning rotas and covering shifts where necessary
Supporting individuals with daily living activities, including medication, appointments, and routines
Building positive relationships with families and external professionals
Promoting person-centred care and continuous service improvement

What Were Looking For

Experience supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, challenging behaviour and mental health needs
Supervisory or leadership experience in a care setting (e.g. Team Leader, Senior Support Worker)
Strong organisational and communication skills
A genuine passion for high-quality care
Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
