Support Worker - Supported Living

What You'll Do

  • Support individuals with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal care
  • Assist with medication and appointments
  • Encourage independence and community participation
  • Promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

  • Positive and compassionate attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to supporting others
  • Experience in autism, complex needs, or mental health is beneficial but not essential
  • Many of our services require drivers. Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no endorsements or penalty points. Unfortunately, international and provisional licences cannot be accepted.

Please note: This role is not open to applicants who require sponsorship under the UK's points-based immigration system.
