We are currently seeking a creative, passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Jnr Chef de Partie to join our Culinary team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £39,626 / per annum- comprising a base salary of £32,626, plus a qualified estimate of £,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

  • Nurturing and developing the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves
  • Interacting with our members and guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

The kind of person we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven, culinary team, as either a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or 1st Commis Chef
  • Passion for food is a given; a love for our particular flavours a definite advantage
  • City and Guilds Qualified 706/1 706/2 or an equivalent, although we value attitude and skill over qualification; most importantly, you will want continue to build experience within a quality driven environment
  • You have a positive "can do" attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand

Overtime is paid at your hourly rate should you be required to work more than your contracted hours.
