We are currently seeking an experienced, supremely professional and confident Padel Coach to join the Tennis & Padel provision in our Sporting Club. This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional coach with a genuine passion for padel, one of the world’s fastest-growing sports, to deliver an outstanding guest experience across private coaching, group clinics, social programmes and bespoke sporting events. The successful candidate will be confident working with players of all ages and abilities, creating an inclusive, energetic and premium environment that reflects the exceptional standards of Gleneagles.

Responsibilities- As a true ambassador for the sport, you’ll elevate the padel offering at Gleneagles, delivering memorable experiences that reflect the elegance, warmth and excellence our guests and members expect.
- Delivering tailored padel coaching sessions for adult and junior guests and members, offering a truly personalised 1:1 service that adapts to individual goals, experience levels, and playing styles.
- Leading dynamic, engaging group sessions that are as energetic as they are enjoyable—creating memorable moments on court through creativity, encouragement, and expert guidance.
- Providing professional product knowledge and advice on padel equipment and retail offerings, with a natural ability to recommend and upsell where appropriate.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our padel facilities, ensuring courts and equipment are immaculately maintained and presented to the highest standard.
- Taking ownership of bookings, guest enquiries, and on-court welcomes, always delivering a warm, confident, and professional arrival experience every time.
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way.
- An experienced Padel coach who is still an active player on Tour, you’re agile, composed, and instinctively competitive, a true ambassador for the sport within a luxury setting.
- You’ll bring a rare blend of high-level playing ability and coaching expertise; instinctively competitive, you lead by example, bringing energy, discipline, and a deep understanding of the game to every session.
- You know how to read people as well as the court, adapting your style to suit beginners, advanced players, and everyone in between. Your presence is quietly confident, your coaching refined, and your standards uncompromising.
