We are currently seeking a highly experienced, hands-on, and skilled Event Operations Manager (F&B) to join our team. As Event Operations Manager, you'll lead from the front in delivering exceptional, large-scale and bespoke events across the estate. From high-profile conferences to luxury private dining experiences, you'll ensure seamless execution and exceptional standards at every stage, while driving innovation, efficiency, and team performance.

Working at the heart of the operation, you'll take full ownership of Conference & Banqueting and Private Dining delivery; leading, inspiring and developing your team, while collaborating closely with colleagues across the estate to ensure every experience is delivered to perfection.

  • Leading the seamless execution of a diverse portfolio of luxury events, ensuring exceptional delivery at every touchpoint.
  • Taking full operational ownership of Private Dining and Conference & Banqueting service standards.
  • Driving innovation across events and dining experiences, identifying opportunities to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with culinary, events planning and wider estate teams to deliver cohesive, world-class experiences.
  • Overseeing detailed event planning and execution through BEO meetings, ensuring precision and clarity across all departments.
  • Maintaining rigorous control of departmental resources, including staffing, equipment and cost management.
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for guests, confidently managing complex requests and resolving challenges with professionalism.
  • Building strong, influential relationships across the estate to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery.
  • Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations.
