We are currently seeking a highly skilled, experienced and supremely organised Sous Chef, Pastry to join our Culinary team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £48,890 per annum based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £43,890, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.
