ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the team at The Fox! This is a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to developing their careers within the hospitality sector. This role is intended to support professional growth, enhance leadership skills, and provide a solid foundation for progression into future management positions. Joining the team as a Supervisor, you'll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. This involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You'll also get to know busy times, ensure we're ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you'll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. And we'll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.
