ABOUT THE ROLE
At Waxy's, everyone plays an important role in the business, and none more so than the stock person. Responsible for checking and taking in deliveries, liaising with suppliers, reconciling deliveries against purchase orders, stocking the bar fridges, maintaining hygiene levels in the cellar, and keeping the back-of-house area organised, clean and tidy. This is a physical role with lots of lifting, moving, and organising items. It is an early start, being here at 6:00 am, but it also means an early finish, so no evening or night shifts in the role.
