The Role:
We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join Glendola Leisure's Management Development programme. Starting your story at Well & Boot, you will be moved around London as your story unfolds to experience differing businesses and management styles. We are looking for a hands-on leader, a motivator, and a role model-we will develop you to drive performance, nurture talent, and deliver exceptional guest experiences every step of the way. This isn't just a job-it's the start of a real career in hospitality leadership.

Doors will open for you to explore and progress across our other venues as new opportunities arise. Alongside this, you'll also be enrolled in our 18-month Management Development Programme-a structured pathway designed to develop your skills, knowledge, and behaviours as a future hospitality leader.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading from the front-owning the floor and setting the tone.
- Leading and inspiring a passionate team to deliver top-tier service.
- Training, mentoring, and developing your team to maintain high standards.
- Driving revenue, controlling costs, and managing food and liquor GP.
- Creating a culture of fun, excellence, and genuine hospitality.
What we're looking for:
- Someone who wears their heart on their sleeve, takes ownership, and runs the business like it's their own.
- Cool, calm, and collected pressure doesn't faze you.
- A team player with no ego-just a drive to get things done.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a management or supervisory role (venue-dependent).
- Solid communication and organisational skills.
