The Role: Head Chef
Angels Share offers breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst providing group dining and buffet options to all in our multi-faceted venue. As the head chef, you’ll work with the management team, our development chef for Scotland and a central kitchen designed to help you deliver the menus at the highest level to our discerning guests. You will be able to communicate clearly with the wider management team, discussing menu feedback and guest needs. You’ll manage purchasing, balancing cost and quality to deliver your gross profit. You’ll be a natural leader with a love for developing the team around you, ensuring every guest receives an amazing food experience. Organisation, communication and a spotless kitchen are a basic standard, and as the leader of your kitchen brigade, this will be an area of excellence that you thrive in.
