ABOUT THE ROLE: As Head Chef, you will be a leader of people, focused on high standards of cleanliness, training, developing others, and high food quality. You will work with our development chef to get the best out of the team and business to drive the food forward in Waxy O'Connor's, looking to always deliver a fabulous eating experience for our guests.
