At the Crown & Anchor in London’s Seven Dials, you will find the team busy working over two floors to ensure customers enjoy a warm welcome, an enticing traditional menu and an exciting range of drinks, from cask conditioned ales to continental lagers. Crown & Anchor is small yet mighty, it is a lively place to work with customers spilling onto the streets, in an orderly fashion of course. The small but perfectly formed team love to support and learn from each other whilst having fun along the way. When it comes to hospitality, they are professionals, but they still find a moment to engage with their customers from the area too.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Helping the Kitchen Manager to deliver exciting menus, you’ll be focused on ensuring high-quality products are used and enabling the highest standards of health and hygiene – even when the pressure is on. You’ll also help minimise wastage and support your team by assisting with food prep and learning whenever required. Ideally, you’ll have experience gained in a similarly busy and dynamic environment. Here you’ll get to grow your skills and experience by being both hands on and undertaking ongoing training.
