Glendola Leisure is seeking a Central Kitchen Supervisor based at Le Monde Hotel on George Street, Edinburgh. You will support the Central Kitchen Manager in production and distribution across multiple sites, upholding safety, quality, and efficiency in every stage of operations.
You will contribute to day-to-day kitchen running, supervise the team, manage stock and costs, and build strong links across Glendola’s Edinburgh venues.
