ABOUT THE ROLE
Our bar tenders do whatever they can to make a customer’s experience with us a truly memorable one.
So, you’ll be joining a fun but professional team who support each other and thrive on getting to know our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
Part of that is running an efficient bar, ensuring stocks are maintained, the customer environment is clean, and our products are up to scratch.
You’ll also look out for further sales opportunities whenever possible and take advantage of on-going training to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.

- A monthly variable share of the venue service charge, paid through a Tronc scheme in line with the Tipping Act 2023. 100% of our Service Charge goes to our employees and is distributed in its entirety on a monthly basis.
The lower figure is the hourly salary and the higher figure is the average hourly income across a year including tronc distribution for the role advertised
