ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining the team as a Supervisor, you'll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. That involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You'll also get to know busy times, ensure we're ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you'll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. We’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.
Working Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
