As a Supervisor, you’ll ensure every shift goes like clockwork. This involves enabling your team to deliver the best possible service and confidently dealing with any issues that arise. You’ll also get to know busy times, ensure we’re ready for them, and organise rotas accordingly. We think of ourselves as a close-knit team and you’ll help to ensure that everyone feels supported and confident in their roles. We’ll support you with a place on our Supervisor Development Programme mentored by the wider team to ensure you feel part of our big family.

Compensation: £13 - £16.57 / Hour. The lower figure is the hourly salary and the higher figure is the average hourly income across a year including tronc distribution for the role advertised.
