Full Time Permanent Role - 39 hours per week, Annual Average
Summer Season (March - September): 7am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-3.30pm Friday
Winter Season (October - February): 7.30am-3pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am-2pm Friday

The person:
- Street and green spaces cleansing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Applicants must be reliable and conscientious, have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Possessing the ability to work as part of a team and on oneβs own initiative.
- Flexible and willing to work a seasonal, rotational shift pattern, including weekends.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
The Opportunity:
The role requires working outdoors and encompasses many different areas, from litter picking, emptying bins, graffiti removal, to ad hoc assignments across the East Herts.
Key duties also include:
- Carrying out groundsman duties.
- Conducting park inspections and reporting any issues.
- Driving company vehicles and towing trailers as required.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety procedures.
