The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
Hours/Salary & Benefits: Depending on Experience. Fixed Term Full Time Role - 34 hours per week winter hours & 44 hours per week summer hours. During Summer Season (March - September): 7am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am-3.30pm Fridays. During Winter Season (October - February): 7.30am-3pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am-2pm Fridays.
The Opportunity: Undertaking grounds maintenance work including mowing large grassed areas, strimming, blowing, line marking and renovation, hedge trimming along with general maintenance to shrub beds. Sports markings, hedge cutting and hard surface spraying operations. In the Winter months there may also be a requirement to carry out gritting on roads and pavements on an adhoc/call out basis.
The Person: Among the personal characteristics sought: Reliable and conscientious, a can do attitude, a willingness to learn, ability to work on one's own initiative, previous experience of grounds maintenance work, horticultural tasks.
