Grounds Maintenance Operative Desborough
40 Hours Per Week

At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Commercial team at working on a variety of sites across the region.

Who are you?
Applicants must hold a full, clean driving licence. Experience driving light commercial vehicles and towing trailers is desirable. Candidates should be reliable, conscientious, with a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently. Previous experience in grounds maintenance, horticultural tasks, and use of handheld machinery is desirable but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance such as mowing large grassed areas, strimming, blowing, line marking, renovation, hedge trimming, and general shrub bed maintenance. Additional tasks involve sports markings, hedge cutting, and hard surface spraying operations.
