The Opportunity

  • The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality and efficient grounds maintenance services.
  • Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract including health and safety, training, development and succession planning.
  • Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives.
  • Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes.
  • Analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly.
  • Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well maintained for safe use.
  • Maintain compliance with the company’s ISO quality and environmental standards.
