At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for an Advanced Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our operational team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced and self-sufficient individual with strong grounds maintenance knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to take ownership of day-to-day operations on site. The Opportunity: As an Advanced Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across a range of sites while maintaining excellent standards of safety, productivity, and workmanship.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Team Leader within grounds maintenance
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Ability to drive company vehicles
  • PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates desirable
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices

The Person:

  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A can do attitude
  • Experience operating a wide range of grounds maintenance machinery
