Are you a commercially driven Estimating Manager looking to make a real impact? Our client is a leading design, manufacturing and retail solutions business, delivering high-profile projects for some of the world's best-known brands. Based in North London, they combine innovation, quality and exceptional customer service to create bespoke retail environments, and are now looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to play a key role in their continued growth.

You'll take ownership of the tender and estimating process from initial inquiry through to submission, leading commercial reviews, analysing costs, managing supplier pricing and identifying opportunities to maximise profitability. Working closely with Sales, Design, Operations and Procurement, you'll be the commercial voice behind every bid, ensuring submissions are accurate, competitive and strategically positioned.

We're looking for someone with estimating, commercial or bid management experience within manufacturing, shopfitting, retail fit-out, construction, interiors or a similar project-led environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys influencing business decisions.
