About the Opportunity

The Role â What Youâll Be Doing
- Youâll take ownership of multiple contracts from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
- No two days are the same, but the role typically includes:
- Contract & Project Management
- Coordinating projects from preâcontract stage through to completion and handover
- Attending and leading preâcontract and site meetings
- Preparing contract programmes, health & safety files and project documentation
- Liaising closely with clients, designers, consultants and internal teams
- Managing labour, approved subcontractors and site resources
- Procuring materials, joinery and specialist items
- Placing purchase orders and managing deliveries to site
- Monitoring budgets in conjunction with commercial teams
- Managing snagging and ensuring clients are delighted at handover

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or similar role) within fitâout / interiors
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Commercially aware with good cost control skills
- Confident communicator who enjoys client-facing responsibilities
