The role

  • Take full ownership of multiple fit-out projects, from pre-contract through to handover.
  • Run projects from start to finish.
  • Lead meetings and coordinate teams on-site.
  • Manage subcontractors, materials, and timelines.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Keep projects on track, on budget, and to a high standard.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in fit-out / interiors / construction.
  • Background as a Contracts Manager (or similar).
  • Organised, proactive, and confident with clients.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
  • You’ll manage 3–4 projects at a time—not overloaded.
  • Strong pipeline of quality work.
  • Trusted to get on with it (no micromanagement).
