🚧 Contracts Manager | Commercial Fit-Out

📍 South / London / Midlands

💰 £40,000 – £65,000 + package

We’re hiring a Contracts Manager to join a growing, well-established fit-out business with a strong pipeline and repeat clients. If you enjoy running projects end-to-end and being at the heart of delivery—this is worth a look.

🛠️ The role

You’ll take full ownership of multiple fit-out projects, from pre-contract through to handover.

Expect to:

  • Run projects from start to finish
  • Lead meetings and coordinate teams on-site
  • Manage subcontractors, materials, and timelines
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders
  • Keep projects on track, on budget, and to a high standard

✅ What we’re looking for

  • Experience in fit-out / interiors / construction
  • Background as a Contracts Manager (or similar)
  • Organised, proactive, and confident with clients
  • Able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
