Our Corporate Compliance Department in Maidenhead is looking for a Compliance Analyst for the KYC team. You will be working in a highly diverse and fast paced international environment with the opportunity to contribute to the compliance programme. You will have frequent interactions with the business and other departments locally and globally.
The main tasks and responsibilities

Analyse and resolve overnight screening matches on Glencore’s existing counterparties related individuals in order to identify, document and mitigate compliance, regulatory and reputational risks

Monitor and handle trading alerts involving existing counterparties for which monitoring controls have been implemented to ensure that all business activities with such parties comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

Conduct KYC due diligence on counterparties that provide services or products essential to the day-to-day operations of Glencore’s offices worldwide to ensure compliance with Glencore’s e.g., a sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML), prevention of facilitation of tax evasion and reputational frameworks,

Work with the team lead and team members on various compliance enquiries
