Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Glencarron.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.

Support the implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each resident\’s needs.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Monitor and report changes in residents\’ health or behavior to nursing staff.

Participate in training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere within the home.

Uphold the values of dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions.
