To work alongside our Information Management team taking responsibility for assigned administrative tasks and maintain and manage the organisation of the electronic document management system (EDMS) in line with any project requirements and company standards. This role may require flexibility to be able to work from our regional offices and travel to sites when required, Site based in the first instance key role is to assist the project teams with the delivery and management of the projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Maintenance of documents and revisions to the EDMS to ensure complete and up to date repository of information that is correctly audited from all parties
• Distribution of information to the relevant internal, designs and client teams
• Ensuring compliance across all project’s information in line with standards, protocols, and security measures including naming protocol.
• Liaising with external consultants and subcontractors, etc regarding document management and approval requirements
• Produce and regularly update trackers and reports for the project to record progress and update the team
• QA check information to company information standards and ensure it is distributed to the relevant workflows and review appropriately by internal teams
• Assist with any training of internal and external team when required
• Support site teams with the use of the EDMS, administrative tasks and document control related duties on site.
• General information and document control duties as required.

• Good level of IT skills (including proficiency in MS office and Editing software such as Adobe pro/ Bluebeam)
• Good communicating both verbally and written
• Preferable to have experience of using an EDMS
• Someone with previous experience of working in information / document management for a main contractor or similar within the construction industry in desirable
• Understand your role and work proactively to complete your duties.
• Driving license to travel to site when required
• Ability to keep and work to deadlines
