The Glencairn warehouse team are an essential part of our business. They are the link between our production, supply chain and sales operations that ensure the safe goods receipt, storage, movement, packing and dispatch of our world-famous crystal glasses and decanters to over 100 countries round the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and Unloading: Receive incoming shipments, unload delivery vehicles by hand or with equipment, and check goods for damage or missing items against paperwork.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, wrap, and label customer orders for timely dispatch. Treating glass with care and attention at all times
- Stock Management: support regular stock counts and internal warehouse movements
- Loading and Shipping: Pack and load goods securely onto outgoing delivery vehicles. Liaise with dispatchers as required to make sure the paperwork matches
- Safety and Cleanliness: keep the work area clean, tidy, hazard-free work and strictly follow health and safety rules at all times
