This is a hands-on, design-led role, with approximately 60% of your time focused on graphic design and around 40% on marketing delivery and collaboration. - Create visually compelling brochures, bid decks, presentations, and marketing collateral
- Develop digital assets for web and social media
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers
- Marketing

- Support marketing and communications strategy alongside retained PR consultants
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels
- Line Management

- Drive continuous improvement and efficient ways of working
About You
- 2–3 years' experience in a design-focused or design-led marketing role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
- Confident designing for both print and digital
- Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Experience within property, architecture, or podcasts is a bonus — but not essential
