This definitely isn’t your average desk job. No two days are the same. One day you could be welcoming visitors to our Walled Garden, the next you could be bringing the history of the Castle to life and helping our customers in the Welcome Centre and Retail areas. And then there are our Events! where you’ll also play an important part in some of our biggest and most exciting events throughout the year, including our much-loved Tulip Festival and magical Christmas event. From welcoming thousands of visitors and helping create unforgettable experiences to getting stuck into the action behind the scenes — there’s always something happening!
We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic and engaging person to join our front-of-house team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and committed to delivering first class customer experience to every visitor. They must be passionate about giving visitors a brilliant experience and be organised and able to keep things moving on a busy day.

- Hours: 40 hrs per week (5 days out of 7, incl. some weekends & bank holidays)
- Term: Full time, Permanent
- Pay: £28,000 per annum
