Job Requirements:
Primary purpose of position
- To assist in the day to day running of bonded stores
- To ensure a smooth flow of goods between stores and the shop floor
- To work to a right first-time basis
- To competently understand and operate the AX system
- Receive stock into stores from inspection and the shop floor
- Book parts on to stock using the AX system and allocate a suitable location
- Kitting route cards and packing parts adequately ready for production
- Scan route cards out of stores and distribute to the correct departments
- Liaise with other departments
- To assist in the annual stock take
- Perform regular PI checks when required throughout the year and at year end
- Efficiently deal with any queries arising from production
- Ensure that first in first out (FIFO) stock rotation is adhered to

- Desirable experience in the use of all Microsoft Office packages
- Working to tight deadlines
- Ability to work as a team
- Working in a fast-paced environment
