A full-time permanent vacancy exists within our Production Department. Working: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm

Primary Purpose of Position

To serve as the Radio Frequency Test Technician for Glenair UK RF assemblies and help develop the capability of the RF test team that supports the RF market. Work with the Production Control Manager and Technical Support Manager to provide technical support as needed.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of RF testing and training, focusing on the VNA’s.
  • Coordinate with the calibration team to ensure equipment suitability for production.
  • Collaborate with the RF team to develop world‑class RF testing processes.
  • Ensure new processes comply with quality and health and safety procedures.
  • Compile work instructions and support documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing.
  • Play an integral role in developing world‑class operations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing design, implementation, commissioning, and running automation and semi‑automation systems.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office packages.
