A full time permanent vacancy has arisen within our Production Engineering Department. Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Primary Purpose of Position
To Provide Production Engineering Solutions for the Smooth Running of all Manufacturing Departments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Special Tooling Design
- Participation in Project Teams
- Method Analysis and Improvement
- Define Methods of Manufacture
- Jig and Fixture Design
- Technical Support for Both Existing and New Products
Person Specification
- HNC (Mechanical Engineering discipline) or equivalent.
- Experience in the use of all Microsoft Office packages.
- The jobholder would require three months training to learn the procedures and systems involved to perform the job competently.
