A Full Time Permanent vacancy has arisen within our Facilities Maintenance Department. Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Primary Purpose of Position

To support the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Maintenance Department and to help maintain standards of Glenair buildings, grounds and fixtures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To carry out preventative maintenance procedures as required in accordance with the company preventive plan.
  • To carry out building repairs and maintenance as required.
  • To maintain the grounds of the buildings as required.
  • To carry out decorating both internally & externally of all sites.
  • To undertake driving duties on behalf of the company, in company vehicles as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years driving experience is essential.
  • Experience of working within a General Maintenance background including basic plumbing and woodwork is desirable.
  • Working to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work as a team.
