About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our senior team. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Finance and Administration team, providing line management, supervision, and support for staff development and performance.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and month-end processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain robust financial controls, policies, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics.
- Support system improvements, process optimisation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- ACCA, CIMA, or AAT/ACA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior accounting role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
