London Key Account Manager – On-Trade Drinks
Glen Turner Company (part of La Martiniquaise-Bardinet) is one of the world\’s leading independent spirits groups, with a portfolio spanning whiskies, brandies, vodkas, liqueurs and more. In the UK, our brands include Glen Moray, Bardinet Brandy, Marie Brizard liqueurs and, most recently, Warner\’s Gin – a fast-growing, premium distillery in which we\’ve acquired majority ownership.
In recent years we\’ve built real momentum in the On Trade, particularly in London and the South East – and we\’re now looking for a Key Account Manager to help us take things to the next level.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role, reporting into the Head of On Trade, and working closely with our Commercial Director and existing London KAM. You\’ll be the driving force behind building and strengthening relationships with regional brewers, pub groups, wholesalers and iconic venues across London & the South East.
Your focus will be on consolidating the success of Warner\’s Gin while bringing the wider Glen Turner portfolio into the spotlight. From joint business planning with pub groups to bringing our brands to life through activations, you\’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our On Trade strategy.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Own and grow key On Trade accounts across London & SE (pub groups, wholesalers, regional brewers, venues).
- Lead joint business planning, commercial negotiations and promotional planning.
- Drive Warner\’s Gin activation success while broadening portfolio distribution.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities with customers.
- Manage budgets (terms, A&P, ROI) and deliver against volume, value and visibility KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance & Supply to ensure seamless delivery.
About You
We\’re looking for someone with:
Proven On Trade account management experience in spirits, drinks or FMCG.
- Strong commercial skills (P&L, JBPs, activation planning).
- Existing relationships with London pub groups, brewers and wholesalers.
- A proactive, confident and entrepreneurial approach – someone who thrives on autonomy but collaborates well in a small team.
Ideal candidates will currently be working as a KAM/NAM or Commercial Manager within premium spirits, wider drinks or FMCG On Trade.
