To work as part of a well established library/information team for an international law practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Help to deliver business and legal research using a wide range of online and hardcopy resources
Use legal and business information online databases to provide a current awareness service
Produce and collate newsletters on sectors, clients or key topics
Provide research on clients to support business pitches
Help to deliver training on online information products and research techniques
Selection, procurement and cataloguing of hardcopy resources
Process the payment of invoices
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Ideally a reasonable level of relevant library & information work experience.
Some knowledge of legal or business information and research databases
Able to demonstrate a competent level of ability in the delivery of training
Some experience of using SharePoint and automated library management systems
Postgraduate/graduate qualification in Library/Information Studies (or equivalent)
