RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a deep understanding of the Firm’s legal technology tools and deal with more complex user queries.

Help to deliver training and introduce staff to tools, processes, and best practices and upskill junior team members.

Conduct demonstrations of legal technology tools for various stakeholder groups.

Assist more senior colleagues in the design, configuration, deployment and maintenance of complex legal technology solutions.

Support system upgrades, new tool implementations, and feature rollouts.

Attend meetings to raise awareness of legal technology capabilities and their benefits

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

A good knowledge of legal technology tools such as HighQ, Kira, Legatics, Contract Express and AI platforms.

A keen desire to learn and with a genuine interest in the application of technology to enhance legal service delivery.

Ideally experience of working in a legal or professional services environment

Demonstrated ability to deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions, either one-to-one or in group settings.

Some experience of presenting information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional attention to detail, with a structured and methodical approach to troubleshooting, documentation, and solution development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user requirements into practical, technology-driven solutions.
