Knowledge Management and Research Manager
Challenging role to manage the information and knowledge resources for a prestigious City law practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide legal, company information, business intelligence and a current awareness service for fee-earners.
- Promote and be responsible for projects relating to document automation and knowledge management systems.
- Manage vendor relations, contracts and the budget for online research databases.
- Manage and conduct training of online tools and knowledge systems.
- Undertake analytics on database and tools usage in relation to renewal decisions.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant senior level legal work experience combining research, information and knowledge management.
- Ideally some experience and familiarity with data and information governance.
- An interest or experience in applying AI assisted tools and an appreciation of change management requirements.
- Able to build relationships across all levels and easily explain technical information and business requirements.
