Job Description
Challenging role to manage the information and knowledge resources for a prestigious City law practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal, company information, business intelligence and a current awareness service for fee-earners
Promote and be responsible for projects relating to document automation and knowledge management systems
Manage vendor relations, contracts and the budget for online research databases
Manage and conduct training of online tools and knowledge systems
Undertake analytics on database and tools usage in relation to renewal decisions
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Relevant senior level legal work experience combining research, information and knowledge management
Ideally some experience and familiarity with data and information governance
An interest or experience in applying AI assisted tools and an with an appreciation of change management requirements
Able to build relationships across all levels and easily explain technical information and business requirements
Proactive and forward thinking in order to provide and develop an efficient information and knowledge service.
