RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal with the procurement: acquisition, delivery, renewal and promotion of information resources.
  • Answer a range of legal and business information requests, from quick requests to more in-depth legal research.
  • Assist with the delivering of training and inductions for lawyers, trainees and other new joiners.
  • Support the end-to-end management of current awareness.
  • Maintain information on the client information systems and intranet.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Some procurement, vendor management and acquisitions work experience in a legal or business setting.
  • A good level of research work experience and some familiarity with business and legal research online databases.
  • Ideally an Information-related qualification.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
