RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal with the procurement: acquisition, delivery, renewal and promotion of information resources.
- Answer a range of legal and business information requests, from quick requests to more in-depth legal research.
- Assist with the delivering of training and inductions for lawyers, trainees and other new joiners.
- Support the end-to-end management of current awareness.
- Maintain information on the client information systems and intranet.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Some procurement, vendor management and acquisitions work experience in a legal or business setting.
- A good level of research work experience and some familiarity with business and legal research online databases.
- Ideally an Information-related qualification.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
