RESPONSIBILITIES
Working on a pioneering platform and helping to manage and improve document automation for clients.
The firm works directly with clients to take their report templates, optimise them, and automate them into a proprietary system—improving quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years\’ experience in document automation.
Relevant experience using tools such as one or more of the following: HotDocs, Legito, Avvoka, Contract Express, Upslide, FastFields, Templafy, etc.
Candidates should be comfortable reviewing client templates, providing expert suggestions, mapping data to templates and working independently across multiple projects.
Confident liaising with clients and taking ownership of work
Strong command of Microsoft Word (especially Developer Tab, Styles, troubleshooting etc.)
Meticulous attention to detail
Comfortable managing several projects concurrently
