Following a flexible working request, we require an experienced 0.2 HLTA to work in classes across the school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting young children’s learning and development and enjoy working as part of a team. We are looking to appoint an individual who is a team player, able to use their initiative in the classroom and help support PPA release and the delivery of intervention programmes for individual and small groups of children. The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to demonstrate a secure level of understanding of SEND needs and be able to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and learning.
Qualifications
- An HLTA qualification or above or can demonstrate that they can meet the HLTA standards
- Enjoy working with children, seeing them succeed

Applicants must have Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths GCSE and the Higher Level Teaching Assistant standard or equivalent qualification.
