We’re building our next generation of store teams across Australia as we continue to grow and transition to Dollarama Australia. Whether it’s your first job or your first step into retail, we’ll give you the training, support and experience to help you get started. The Role
As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers. You’ll:
- Serve customers and support busy trade periods
- Refill shelves and move stock around the store
- Keep the store clean, organised and safe
- Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
- Learn retail routines, processes and store standards
This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

- Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Our busiest trading periods are typically:
- From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
- Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
- Weekends
- School holidays and public holidays
No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
