Glen Group are actively recruiting for a Permanent, Part time, Working Cleaning Supervisor to join a well-established and growing cleaning business in the Stoke-On-Trent, ST4 area.
You will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week, between the hours of 18:00-21:00 each day at £13.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Supervise and support a small daytime team and an evening cleaning team
- Plan and allocate daily cleaning duties.
- Carry out regular client walk-rounds and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Complete quality audits and ensure all cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
- Undertake deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Train, motivate and monitor cleaning staff.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults.
- Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies when required.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately
- Cleaning certain area's

- Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
