Key Responsibilities and Activities

Maintain the malt handling, milling, mashing, yeast transfer, fermentation, distillation, and bottling equipment to ensure continuous availability.

Monitor and maintain the site utility systems including but not limited to boiler, chillers, air blast chiller and compressors, working to the manufacturers guidance.

Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure equipment is clean and areas are always organized.

Follow and maintain mechanical SOP’s.

Follow all safety precautions and related QHSE requirements.

Understand process flows and equipment (pumps, agitators, valves, instruments, etc).

Complete all maintenance duties as directed by Production Manager.

Adhere to our business standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Be part of the ‘on-call’ rota.
