Working Pattern: This is a hybrid role involving a mix of remote working, regular travel to sites and client presentations nationwide, office attendance in Stoke 1-2 days per week. Candidates should ideally live within an hour's commute. Company vehicle provided, all travel & hotel expenses covered.

We're now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Quality & Compliance Assistant to join our established Quality & Compliance Team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or ready to take the next step who is ISO-aware and trained to Internal Auditor level in:
- ISO 9001 - Quality
- ISO 14001 - Environmental
- ISO 45001 - Occupational Health & Safety
You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting national contract mobilisations, audits, and continuous improvement across a wide geographical footprint.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the mobilisation of new contracts from a quality and compliance perspective.
- Assisting with planning and delivering internal audits across ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Maintaining and improving management system documentation and records.
- Working closely with operational teams to embed compliance best practice.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travelling nationally to sites as required, including overnight stays.
- Deliver & coordinate H&S training – Promote a safety-first culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ISO-aware with Internal Auditor training (9001, 14001, 45001 minimum).
- Passionate about quality, compliance, and continual improvement.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a positive, proactive approach.
- Flexible and comfortable with national travel.
